Job Requirements
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- must be able to stand, walk, and stay on feet for extended periods
- must be of legal drinking age and able to check identification
- ability to manage guest behavior and follow company procedures
- maintain accurate cash drawer and process transactions
- comply with health, safety and hygiene standards
- experience using POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar setting
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- ability to maintain an organized, stocked, and clean bar

- familiarity with POS systems

- ability to handle cash transactions and balance cash drawers
Job Duties
- Serve patrons at the front bar and fulfill drink orders for the dining room
- monitor and maintain the cash drawer accurately throughout the shift
- perform nightly alcohol inventories to maintain proper inventory levels
- create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customer expectations
- greet guests, present beverage menus, and provide exceptional customer service
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- comply with all health, safety, and legal regulations related to alcohol service
