Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 160 pounds
- May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet
- Must wear non-slip footwear
- Maintain uniform as well as other employees
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Proficient mixologist skills
- Knowledge of POS system usage
- Understanding of liquor, beer, and wine (LBW) products
- Ability to memorize and accurately prepare various drink recipes
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Ability to work as part of a dynamic and professional team
Job Duties
- Greet customers creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient at mixing cocktails with speed and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as well as composure during busy hours
- Memorize ingredients to various drinks
- Stock and restock line items as needed on and off peak hours
- Proficient with POS system and LBW knowledge
- Suggest LBW pairings for menu items
- Working with Bar Manager and General Manager on product development
- Adhere to proper cash handling procedures
