We are currently seeking a Bartender who will act as a warm and welcoming face of the restaurant. The ideal candidate must be a proficient mixologist with the ability to execute cocktail orders quickly and accurately while maintaining composure during busy hours. The role demands a personable approach because bartenders serve as the ambassadors of the restaurant, influencing the overall guest experience with their demeanor and professionalism. The bartender will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, stocking bar line items, and working closely with management on product development. Additionally, the bartender should be familiar with POS systems and knowledgeable about liquor, beer, and wine (LBW) pairings to enhance the customer’s experience. Proper cash handling is also an integral part of the role, requiring adherence to strict procedures. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 160 pounds
  • May need to climb ladder up to 4 feet

  • Maintain uniform as well as other employees
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient mixologist skills
  • Knowledge of POS system usage
  • Understanding of liquor, beer, and wine (LBW) products
  • Ability to memorize and accurately prepare various drink recipes
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
  • Ability to work as part of a dynamic and professional team

Job Duties

  • Greet customers creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Proficient at mixing cocktails with speed and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment as well as composure during busy hours
  • Memorize ingredients to various drinks
  • Stock and restock line items as needed on and off peak hours
  • Proficient with POS system and LBW knowledge
  • Suggest LBW pairings for menu items
  • Working with Bar Manager and General Manager on product development
  • Adhere to proper cash handling procedures
