Job Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience by dedicating oneself to delivering GREAT guest service
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Verify guest identification for legal drinking age compliance
- Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently
- Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed descriptions
- Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow safety policies
- Work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts
- Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Reliable transportation required
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace
