  • Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed descriptions
  • Remain attentive to guests’ needs with a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow safety policies
  • Work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts
  • Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
  • Minimum 2 years bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace

Job Qualifications
