We are currently seeking full-time or part-time Bartenders to join our dedicated team. Bartenders at P.F. Chang's are essential contributors to our scratch kitchen restaurant concept, responsible not only for preparing and serving beverages but also for ensuring each guest receives personalized, exceptional service. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently in a team environment, and a passion for hospitality. The pay rate starts at $2.13 per hour plus tips, emphasizing the opportunity for earning based on experience and guest interaction.

Bartenders will be trained thoroughly on making and executing our signature alcoholic beverage recipes, including the artful garnishes that enhance our drinks. You will operate and maintain bar equipment, manage inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and support the overall flow of the restaurant. Collaboration with other team members to meet guest needs promptly and professionally is crucial. The role also involves understanding the restaurant's seating layout, working within server areas, and ensuring food and beverages reach guests in a timely manner.
