Job Description

Red Lobster is a leading seafood restaurant chain known for its commitment to quality, community, and exceptional guest experiences. Founded over fifty years ago as a family-owned business, Red Lobster has grown into a beloved brand with more than 500 locations nationwide. The company prides itself on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where customers can enjoy fresh seafood dishes and create memorable moments with friends and family. Red Lobster values its role in the communities it serves and strives to forge strong connections between its guests and the dining experience. It is a place where new friendships form and familiar faces are always welcome. This family-oriented approach and dedication to excellence have been the foundation of the company’s success and continued growth over the decades.

This role as a Bartender at Red Lobster is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in one of the industry's premier seafood dining establishments. The position is hourly and offers weekly pay with competitive wages, alongside flexible scheduling to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company contributions after one year of service, anniversary pay (subject to eligibility), discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. Red Lobster also emphasizes career growth, providing training and advancement opportunities to support employees' professional development.

As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating an inviting environment by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their drink orders are prepared accurately using standard recipes, proper glassware, and appropriate garnishes. Your duties will include preparing the bar area before service, maintaining stock levels, suggesting additional menu items like snacks and desserts, and processing orders efficiently in the point-of-sale system. Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards are critical in this role. You will contribute to a positive guest experience by offering drink refills, clearing unused items promptly, and ensuring that customers leave satisfied and eager to return. The role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods, safely lift items up to 30 pounds, and collaborate effectively within a team setting. Red Lobster is proud to accommodate employees with disabilities by making reasonable job function adaptations. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion as an equal opportunity employer, creating a welcoming workplace for all identities and backgrounds.

Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a dynamic environment where tradition meets innovation. With exciting plans for the company's future, this position offers a unique chance to grow alongside a respected brand that values community, quality, and genuine hospitality. If you are passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoy working in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment, Red Lobster is the ideal place to build your career and make meaningful contributions to an established yet forward-thinking company.
