Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers and welcome them with a smile as they are seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, using the correct glassware and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- ensure the customer is well served, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety standards
