We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Bartenders to join our team. As a Bartender at The Capital Grille, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptionally distinctive dining experience. This position involves crafting a wide variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages to meet the company's high standards while serving guests responsibly. Bartenders will guide guests through the menus, offering expert beverage and food recommendations tailored to meet or exceed customer expectations. Your ability to take accurate orders and provide attentive, friendly service will help foster a welcoming environment that encourages guests to return. Additionally, maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar is essential to support efficient operations and overall guest satisfaction.
