Job Description
ITL Group is a distinguished hospitality company known for its dedication to chef-driven culinary concepts, well-curated beverage programs, and fostering genuine connections with guests. Rooted in the vibrant community of Town at Trilith and operating near the creative hub of Trilith Studios, ITL Group combines culinary excellence with polished and welcoming service. This company embraces values such as professionalism, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement in all aspects of its operations. Its restaurants stand out by delivering memorable dining experiences that seamlessly blend high-quality food with thoughtful beverage offerings and attentive service tailored to every guest’s needs.
The Bartender role at ITL Group is a dynamic position central to the company’s beverage service and overall guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for accurately and consistently executing the ITL Group's beverage program, ensuring every drink served meets the highest standards of quality. The role requires a bartender to have strong product knowledge across a wide array of cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits to deliver expert recommendations and exceptional service to guests both at the bar and throughout the dining room. Integral to this role is strict adherence to company recipes, portion control standards, and compliance with alcohol service laws, demonstrating the bartender’s professionalism and commitment to guest safety.
Beyond drink preparation, the bartender is tasked with maintaining bar cleanliness, organization, and sanitation to provide a welcoming and safe environment. Managing cash handling procedures, supporting inventory control and bar setup or closing duties are essential functions that contribute to smooth daily operations. The bartender also plays a vital supportive role during high-volume or peak service periods, collaborating with the service team to maintain efficient flow and guest satisfaction.
The role demands a professional appearance and behavior, with clear standards prohibiting scented products and chewing gum while on duty. This ensures a professional atmosphere aligned with the company’s brand identity and guest experience goals. Candidates for this role must bring beverage program experience, alcohol awareness certification, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Physical resilience is also required, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Overall, the ITL Group Bartender position offers a unique opportunity to join a respected hospitality company known for creative culinary arts and outstanding beverage service. It invites individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, evolving their beverage expertise, and contributing to a collaborative, community-focused workplace.
