Job Requirements
- Valid TABC card
- Previous bartending experience
- Ability to work full-time schedule including specified shifts
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment criminal background check and drug screening
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Good communication skills

Job Duties
- Assists in maintaining a high level of customer service for residents and guests by taking orders and providing service graciously and courteously
- Pours wine tableside in both restaurants as scheduled
- Mixes and creates cocktails
- Maintains the safety and cleanliness of the bar area
- Prepares bar and clears tableware
- Assists supervisor with stocking, restocking, inventory and rotating bar supplies
- Maintains accurate accounts for resident and guest charges
