Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Willingness to undergo training as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering extraordinary customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails is a plus
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to guests
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate effectively with front of house team members
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Participate in hands-on training and development sessions
