Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage service
- valid ServSafe certification
- valid Alcohol certification
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong physical stamina and ability to stand for prolonged periods
- excellent communication skills

- Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails
- ServSafe and Alcohol certified
- excellent customer service skills
- experience in food and beverage services
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to perform side work and maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts
- answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and store services
- take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system
- prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner
- keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times
- perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment
- maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas
- monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience
- ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service
- respond promptly and courteously to any requests
