Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage service
  • valid ServSafe certification
  • valid Alcohol certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong physical stamina and ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • excellent communication skills

  • Must have in depth knowledge of wine and cocktails
  • ServSafe and Alcohol certified
  • excellent customer service skills
  • experience in food and beverage services
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to perform side work and maintain cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Welcome and greet guests
  • recommend specific beverage, appetizer, entrée, and desserts
  • answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant and store services
  • take food and beverage orders from guests and enter orders in point-of-sale system
  • prepare beverages for guests and servers in a timely and accurate manner
  • keep bar in clean and neat condition at all times
  • perform side work during each shift as required by service station assignment
  • maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas
  • monitor and observe guests to ensure pleasurable dining experience
  • ensure guests are satisfied with the food and beverage service
  • respond promptly and courteously to any requests
