- knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar operations

Job Duties
- preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- providing attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas
- maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- following all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines
- handling cash and POS transactions accurately
- restocking bar supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties
- working as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to create a great guest experience
