Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending experience
knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar operations
ability to communicate clearly and effectively
ability to multitask and work under pressure
availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
providing attentive and friendly service to guests at the bar and dining areas
maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar
following all recipes, portion standards, and safety guidelines
handling cash and POS transactions accurately
restocking bar supplies and assisting with opening/closing duties
working as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to create a great guest experience
