Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- capability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- capacity to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- minimum age of 21 years as required by law
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- friendly and customer-focused attitude
- basic knowledge of drink mixing and bar operations
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- prior bartending experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for patrons
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- handle cash and process payments accurately
- comply with all health and safety regulations
