Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service
  • eligibility to work in the United States
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist in the training and development of new team members
  • cooperate, communicate and work effectively as part of a team
  • handle cash and credit card transactions securely
  • practice responsible selling and service of alcohol as mandated by licensing authorities and training guidelines
  • accept and facilitate To-Go orders via phone or online and ensure timely execution
  • oversee security measures including lock up of bar products
  • maintain professional image and proper uniform standards
  • engage frequently with guests and maintain high visibility in the dining area
  • inquire about guest dining experience and involve management when necessary
  • thank every guest sincerely for their patronage
  • maintain high level of food and beverage knowledge
  • prepare beverages according to recipe using appropriate products and glassware
  • ensure stock levels meet required standards
  • use standard recipes and methods to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • stay updated and assist in implementation of promotions
  • adhere to cleanliness and safety standards as per health department and company expectations
  • ensure food safety by controlling time, temperature, hygiene and preventing cross-contamination
  • follow proper labeling, dating, rotation and shelf-life standards
  • maintain bar equipment cleanliness and maintenance schedules
