The Old Spaghetti Factory is currently looking to hire an experienced Bartender to join their vibrant and friendly team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of customer service and quality beverage preparation that the company is known for. As a Bartender with The Old Spaghetti Factory, you will be responsible for crafting both classic and innovative cocktails, mocktails, and other beverage options with precision and creativity. The position offers hourly pay plus tips, reflecting the value placed on excellent service and skill in mixology.

In this role, you will engage with guests in a personable and professional manner, helping to create memorable dining experiences. This involves not only preparing drinks but also taking food orders, delivering meals, and collaborating closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service. A key component of the Bartender position is the ability to innovate and continually introduce new drink creations, using high-quality ingredients and garnishes to delight guests. Your knowledge of mixology—including spirits, liqueurs, bitters, and other ingredients—will be instrumental in establishing the restaurant as a top choice for exceptional food and beverages.

The role demands strong communication skills, efficiency in order preparation, and adherence to sanitation and safety protocols. Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, you must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Physical stamina is also required, as you will be on your feet for extended periods and need to handle lifting, walking, bending, and reaching during your shift. Applicants should be at least 21 years old, with 1-2 years of prior bartender experience highly preferred. While certifications such as SERV Safe, Alcohol, and TIPS are an advantage, they are not mandatory.
