Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years experience required
- Meets state minimum age (18) to serve alcohol
- Dependability and reliability
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player is must
- Strong task and time management abilities
- Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques
- Ability to stand, walk, bend for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Maintain composure and avoid aggressive behavior in difficult situations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of mixing techniques and drink recipes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player with time management abilities
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
Job Duties
- Greet customers and learn their beverage preferences
- Answer questions and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve beverages and food using proper techniques and equipment
- Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Create and experiment with drink recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
