This job opportunity is for a Full-Time Bartender position at the Coronado Island Marriott Resort & Spa. The role is non-management and offers a pay rate of $17.75 per hour, with eligibility for tips. As a bartender, you will be an expert in crafting cocktails and attentive to new beverage trends, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere behind the bar. The position requires genuine interaction with guests, offering a diverse beverage menu inspired by seasonal ingredients, engaging in friendly conversations, and providing helpful suggestions to enhance the guest experience. This role not only involves preparing and serving drinks but also setting up decorations, managing supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and completing payment processing and cashier reports.
