The Bartender role at Main Event is integral to delivering the exceptional guest experience that defines the brand. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, pouring beer, and serving food and drinks to guests in a timely and friendly manner. You will create a welcoming environment that keeps guests engaged and coming back for more fun. Daily duties include welcoming guests warmly and engaging with them to spread joy and fun; recommending menu items with accuracy; using your extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails to enrich guest interactions; delivering orders promptly while anticipating guest needs; ensuring compliance with all local and state alcohol laws and company policies; maintaining a clean, stocked, and safe bar area; processing payments accurately; and contributing to upholding the highest cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue. This position requires flexibility in availability, including working during days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.

Applicants should bring at least six months of bartending experience, a guest-focused mindset, and strong teamwork skills to foster a cooperative environment. Being 21 years of age or older and holding any required alcohol service certification is mandatory. Effective communication skills with management, team members, and guests are essential to success in this role.
