Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of bartending experience
- Ability to comply with state liquor laws
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Background screening clearance if applicable
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of bartending experience
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state liquor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace
Job Duties
- Take orders and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and light meals for residents and guests
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
- Maintain knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes for each drink
- Adhere strictly to state liquor regulations
- Assist with weekly and monthly inventories
