The role of a Cheba Hut Bartender includes a dynamic mix of bartending, line, lobby, and patio duties. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with management to uphold high standards of customer service and operational excellence. This position involves enforcing all liquor laws strictly to protect the business and its employees, as well as maintaining a comfortable and friendly environment where customers feel welcome. You'll be expected to monitor and manage the consumption of alcohol responsibly, offering assistance such as water, food, or a safe ride when necessary.

Day-to-day responsibilities span a variety of tasks from bartending and cocktail preparation using standardized recipe cards, to assisting with customer orders, handling deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the bar and patio areas. The bartender also plays an important role in promoting daily and happy hour specials, ensuring menus are up to date, and collaborating with managers on upcoming events.
