Job Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state-required alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain
  • Previous bartending experience in a hotel restaurant or club preferably in upscale hospitality settings
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with residents guests visitors families supervisors and peers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of mixology techniques cocktail recipes and beverage trends
  • Knowledge of wine beer and spirits

  • Ability to work cooperatively with residents guests visitors families supervisors and peers
  • Courtesy tact and graciousness
  • Ability to create a welcoming inclusive and engaging environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including classic cocktails signature drinks and customized requests
  • Engage with residents in a friendly respectful and attentive manner fostering a welcoming social environment
  • Develop seasonal and themed drink menus that align with community events and resident preferences
  • Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked bar area in compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times
  • Collaborate with dining and events teams to support community functions happy hours and special occasions
  • Manage inventory restock supplies and assist with ordering as needed
  • Uphold high standards of presentation professionalism and hospitality
  • Clear all tableware and glassware from tables and the bar after service
  • Prepare garnishes for bar use and snack trays
  • Maintain all documents necessary to accurately account for resident and guest charges
  • Assist supervisor with inventory of supplies
  • Assist in maintaining a high level of customer service for residents and their guests
  • Maintain safe and sanitary conditions in the work area
  • Attend in-service training and education sessions as assigned
