Red Lobster values and invests in its team by offering competitive wages and weekly pay, flexible scheduling options to accommodate diverse lifestyles, and access to affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at less than $10 per week. Employees are also eligible for life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary benefits that provide additional security. After one year of service, team members can participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching contributions. Other benefits include anniversary pay for eligible employees, discounted meals during shifts, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. Importantly, Red Lobster is committed to career development, providing training and growth opportunities to help employees advance within the company.

The restaurant emphasizes inclusivity and equal employment opportunities, welcoming applicants from diverse backgrounds and identities.
