Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- TB clearance for food handling as required by the State of Hawaii
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Previous bartending experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience working as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar environment
- Knowledge of craft beer and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Support team members to ensure smooth bar operations
- Promote company values and craft beer culture during guest interactions
