Job Duties
- Serve customers of age mixed drinks, beer, and wine offerings while maintaining a clean work environment
- Navigate multiple elevators and floors within the building during setup while guests are actively touring
- Follow alcohol awareness protocol for preventing intoxication and managing intoxicated guests
- Understand and follow bar policy towards tipping, setup, services, and breakdown as directed by Manager on Duty
- Work collaboratively with other bartenders to ensure efficient service flow
- Execute host bars, cash bars, and ticketed bars including tallying drink orders, processing payments, and managing assigned cash tills
- Engage and communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest problems and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist management with essential department functions including event setup and breakdown
- Transition between job functions seamlessly and quickly
- Work with outside services to maintain Aquarium guidelines, quality standards, and recycling efforts
- Understand the layout of the Aquarium campus and building structures
