Job Requirements

ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs
able to work in hot and cold environments
ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties
responsible beverage service certification required for California positions (can be completed during training or within 60 days after start date)
comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace policy
eligibility verification through E-Verify
ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Job Duties

exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to customer preferences
efficiently craft every drink to perfection using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specifications while serving customers responsibly
possess extensive knowledge of food and drink menu and the ability to recommend and upsell menu items
serve as a resource for servers by answering questions about spirited drinks
commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during shifts
