Cobblestone Creek Country Club, located in Victor, NY, is proud to offer an outstanding career opportunity for a seasonal part-time Bartender. This prestigious country club is known not only for its beautiful golf courses and exclusive community atmosphere but also for its commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences to its members and guests. As a part of the esteemed Troon family, Cobblestone Creek benefits from being associated with the world’s largest professional club management company, which has set the standard in golf and community management since its inception in 1990.

Troon has grown exponentially from managing a single facility to overseeing numerous premier golf clubs and resorts worldwide. This expansion offers substantial career growth opportunities and professional development within a global leader in the industry. The organization prides itself on delivering extraordinary guest and member experiences by fostering personalized service, maintaining consistency, and paying meticulous attention to every detail. Staff members at Troon-led properties are encouraged to thrive in an environment that values dedication, teamwork, and a genuine desire to contribute to a memorable hospitality experience.

The role of the seasonal part-time Bartender at Cobblestone Creek Country Club is dynamic and rewarding, ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. Offering a competitive pay range of $20.00 to $22.00 per hour plus tips, this position is perfect for those who value excellent service and craftsmanship in bartending. The bartender is responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional beverage service that meets the club’s high standards while following all applicable state liquor laws and company policies.

As a Bartender, you will play an essential role in maintaining the bar area by stocking, mixing, and serving a variety of alcoholic beverages. You’ll also assist in controlling costs, managing inventory, and keeping accurate records, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the bar. This position requires a conscientious approach to monitor inventories carefully and communicate proactively with management regarding supply needs. The bartender will handle opening and closing duties including cash control, cleaning, restocking, and documentation of transactions using the Point of Sales system.

Beyond serving drinks, bartenders will frequently interact with guests, responding to their requests and ensuring their satisfaction with beverage service. During special events and banquets, bartenders contribute by serving from service or portable bars, requiring flexibility and the ability to adapt in a fast-tempo environment. Occasionally, bartenders may also serve meals, showcasing versatility beyond beverage service.

Safety is paramount in this role; bartenders must incorporate safe work practices consistently and comply with all relevant alcohol service regulations. This position offers the chance to build a foundation in hospitality while working within a respected, well-established organization that fosters employee growth and development. As part of Troon’s team, the bartender can expect a supportive environment that values professionalism and offers meaningful career progression in golf and community club management.

This role includes eligibility for healthcare benefits for those who qualify under the ACA measurement, as well as retirement benefits through a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees aged 19 and older. Troon’s commitment to comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities makes this position highly attractive to motivated individuals seeking both short-term seasonal work and long-term involvement in the hospitality industry.
