Job Requirements
- must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds
- must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day
- position requires repetitive use of hands including simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling and reaching
- position may require exposure to excessive noise, dust, gas, flames, chemicals, temperature extremes, humidity or wetness
- must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
- must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the u.s.
- must be 21 years or older
- open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
- high school diploma, g.e.d., or equivalent

Job Duties
- be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered
- attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
- provide outstanding guest service daily
- create drink recipes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean workstation
- build positive rapport with guests
