Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends as required
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
- Must follow dress code requirements
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems like Micros
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- Keep supervisor informed of notable issues and take corrective action when necessary
- Create a warm and fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- Adhere to company sanitation procedures
- Manage personal bank and financial transactions accurately using credit card machines
- Follow alcohol awareness procedures and deal appropriately with intoxicated guests
- Assess guest demeanor and alert management as needed
- Follow bar recipes to ensure consistent product quality and control costs
- Keep station clean and set up or take down station tables properly
