Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- able to work days, nights, and weekends
- capable of standing or walking for 100 percent of shift
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- must comply with company sanitation and dress code

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the combination of food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to company sanitation procedures
- maintain responsibility for personal bank and operate credit card machines accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and alert management if necessary
- follow bar recipes to ensure consistent product and cost control
- keep station clean and set up and take down tables
- greet guests in a friendly and timely manner
- accurately take food and drink orders
- maintain thorough understanding of menu items
- enter orders into Micros system quickly and correctly
- complete station side work at beginning and end of shifts
- operate Micros and conduct credit card transactions properly
- ensure proper food garnishing and timely delivery
- work quickly using full hands in, full hands out method
- participate in incentives and contests to drive sales
- complete bar inventories and daily requisition sheets
- complete opening and closing duties timely
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- assist other team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back and maintaining drink levels
- maintain favorable working relationship with team members
- communicate orders and needs effectively
- maintain friendly demeanor and smile frequently
