Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to remain stationary and mobile for up to four hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Must communicate clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Prior bartending experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar operations
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Provide friendly and effective communication with staff and customers
- Create a great bar experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist servers by delivering quality drinks promptly
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols throughout shifts
- Lift and transport plates, glasses, and baskets up to 25 pounds regularly
- Maintain a positive and energetic work environment
