- Knowledge of beverage preparation and safety standards

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- Prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who place orders for guests in the dining room and cocktail area
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory standards related to alcohol service
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their dining experience
- Manage multiple drink orders promptly and accurately
- Support team members to ensure efficient front-of-house operations
