- ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- ability to wear face masks during working hours

- ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- ability to learn specific point-of-sale software
- willingness to learn and adapt to changing industry demands

Job Duties
- Prepare beverages for guests
- attend to guests and provide excellent guest experience by interacting, being attentive, taking orders, and serving food and drinks
- follow company food safety policies and local regulatory agency guidelines
- possess full knowledge of bar and menu items
- assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
- verify that guests purchasing alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
- clean and sanitize all bar and lounge areas
- monitor and communicate social distancing guidelines
