- At least 21 years of age
- Valid TAM/Alcohol Awareness Card
- Food Handler Safety Training Card
- Ability to memorize menus and company procedures
- Strong knowledge of craft beer and whiskey
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with employee handbook and training manuals

Job Duties
- Greet all guests within Eureka's time specifications with a warm smile
- Provide friendly, personable, efficient, and helpful service
- Memorize food, drink, and rotating menus daily
- Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently
- Prepare and serve beverages according to time and quality standards
- Observe state and federal laws regarding alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and service floor
