The Bartender role at Eureka! is essential in delivering the unique and lively dining experience that defines our brand. This non-exempt position reports directly to the General Manager and plays a pivotal part both in guest service and support of our team. As a bartender, you will be the face of the bar area, responsible for greeting guests warmly, taking and fulfilling drink and food orders, and ensuring smooth bar operations. Your role will require not only technical skill in drink preparation but also excellent interpersonal abilities to connect with guests and teammates alike. Working in a fast-paced and lively environment, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple tasks efficiently. The position requires a strong knowledge of craft beer, whiskey, and cocktail preparation, as well as the ability to memorize rotating menus and company procedures quickly. You will also be responsible for adhering to state and federal alcohol service laws and maintaining cleanliness and organization behind the bar. This role is physically demanding, involving prolonged standing, lifting, and working with hot and cold equipment in a sometimes noisy and congested environment.
