Job Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender or in food service and hospitality roles
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety standards
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Experience working in food industry or retail environment preferred
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender or in food service and hospitality roles
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
Experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
Fine dining experience is highly valued

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
Engage with guests warmly, take drink orders efficiently, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards and health regulations
Manage cash handling and POS transactions using TOAST POS
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws
Restock bar supplies regularly including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service during busy hours
Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in various hospitality settings
