Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service and hospitality roles
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Experience working in food industry or retail environment preferred
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender or in food service and hospitality roles
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during peak hours
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, sales transactions, and retail math calculations
- Experience in the food industry or retail environment is preferred
- Fine dining experience is highly valued
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests warmly, take drink orders efficiently, and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards and health regulations
- Manage cash handling and POS transactions using TOAST POS
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to alcohol service laws
- Restock bar supplies regularly including garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure seamless service during busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service in various hospitality settings
