  • Minimum two years of bartending experience
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • California Food Handler Card
  • Full food menu service experience at the bar counter
  • Understanding of food and beverage pairings a plus

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages expertly
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
  • Manage full food menu service at the bar counter
  • Oversee the full dining experience including taking orders, pacing, and handling checks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
  • Assist in shaping and developing the bar program
