- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- California Food Handler Card
- Full food menu service experience at the bar counter
- Understanding of food and beverage pairings a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages expertly
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Manage full food menu service at the bar counter
- Oversee the full dining experience including taking orders, pacing, and handling checks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment
- Assist in shaping and developing the bar program
