- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- availability for primarily evening shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- adherence to company safety and security policies
- ability to complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance

Job Duties
- Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
- issue, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles
- set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar and tools
- prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
- stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies
- wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares
- anticipate and communicate replenishment needs
- process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
- count bank at end of shift and secure receipts
- secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, and storage areas
- complete closing duties
- follow all safety and security policies and report incidents
- maintain uniform and professional appearance
- welcome and address guests service needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- develop positive working relationships
- ensure adherence to quality standards
- perform physical tasks required by the role
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
