Nestled in a serene environment, Cypress Cove offers unmatched amenities including fine dining, elegant and refined decor, and a comprehensive continuum of care that encompasses Independent and Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, and Rehabilitation services. This community prides itself on creating an environment where residents experience a high quality of life, supported by compassionate, service-oriented staff who maintain a warm and engaging rapport with residents and their families. The commitment to excellence and resident satisfaction positions Cypress Cove as an employer of choice where team members are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally.
Currently, Cypress Cove is hiring a Full-Time Bartender for a non-tipping position, offering a vibrant role within its hospitality team. The Bartender will serve residents and their guests in one of the community's three onsite restaurants, which range from casual poolside dining to sophisticated fine dining experiences. This role requires a dynamic individual passionate about hospitality, who thrives in a community-oriented environment and values excellent service delivery. The bartender will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails according to established recipes, taking meal orders, answering residents’ and guests’ questions about food, beverage, and dining services, maintaining bar inventory, and ensuring that the bar area remains clean and orderly throughout service.
This position is designed to foster a positive work-life balance with flexible scheduling and no late nights past 9 PM, making it suitable for individuals seeking stability and a respectful work environment. Cypress Cove offers exceptional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, paid time off that accrues from day one, a 401(k) plan with a 6 percent company match, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, free employee clinic visits up to six times per year, and complimentary telemedicine services for family members. These benefits highlight the organization’s dedication to supporting the health, education, and well-being of its workforce.
Candidates brought into this role will find themselves part of a team that values enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for connecting with people. The ideal candidate should possess at least three years of prior bartending experience and fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. The Bartender at Cypress Cove is not only a service provider but also a key member of a caring community, contributing to the enriching lifestyle that the residents enjoy. Cypress Cove operates as an Equal Opportunity Employer with a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace, emphasizing a safe and inclusive environment for all its employees.
