Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand during an 8 to 12 hour shift
- capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
- attention to detail and capability to multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- knowledge of beverage preparation and recipes
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- teamwork and multitasking abilities
- attention to detail
Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly upon seating
- prepare bar stations and glassware before opening
- restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare drinks according to recipe standards using correct glassware and garnishes
- accurately enter food and drink orders into POS system
- ensure customers are well served and offer drink refills
- promptly deliver and settle bills while thanking and inviting guests to return
- follow all food safety regulations
