Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • ability to stand during an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • capacity to work cooperatively in a team environment
  • attention to detail and capability to multitask effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and recipes
  • ability to operate POS systems accurately
  • teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly upon seating
  • prepare bar stations and glassware before opening
  • restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • prepare drinks according to recipe standards using correct glassware and garnishes
  • accurately enter food and drink orders into POS system
  • ensure customers are well served and offer drink refills
  • promptly deliver and settle bills while thanking and inviting guests to return
  • follow all food safety regulations
