Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card, or ability obtain, where applicable
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
- Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes, including garnishes
- Operate and cleanse bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Understand restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas
- Deliver food within the restaurant efficiently
- Partner with other hospitality service teams to ensure guests have everything they need
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service
