Job Requirements

high school diploma or GED required
bartending school recommended experience may substitute for schooling
one year experience bartending
must know all cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic drinks
good communication and cash handling skills are required
must have a valid Washington State food handler’s card
must be neat clean professional and able to work well with customers and coworkers
must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
must be able to lift 50 lbs
must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
mobility to climb stairs on a regular basis
must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day swing graveyard and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED
bartending school recommended or equivalent experience
at least one year of bartending experience
knowledge of all cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic drinks
excellent communication and cash handling skills
valid Washington State food handler’s card
professionalism and ability to work well with customers and coworkers

Job Duties

mix and serve beverages including cocktails beers wines and non-alcoholic drinks
maintain a clean and well-stocked bar area
accurately track inventory and handle transactions
support team operations including barback duties as needed
deliver exceptional guest service by engaging professionally and courteously with customers
adhere to all regulatory requirements including compliance with gaming and food handling licenses
work flexible shifts including days swings graveyards and holidays
