Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant bartending experience preferred
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beverage mixing and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages directly to guests seated in the bar and cocktail area
- Prepare beverages for servers and cocktail servers who order for guests in the cocktail area and dining room
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately
