Job Requirements
- Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to stand and be active for most of the shift
- willing to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- excellent interpersonal skills
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and one team mentality
- knowledge of responsible beverage service where required
- capable of effective multitasking and time management
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality
- create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with players
- recommend drinks and upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades
- mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
- maintain a neat, stocked, and clean bar area
- collaborate with fellow Playmakers to deliver exceptional service
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- embody Topgolf's core values in daily work
