Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Age 21 or older
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Good physical stamina
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Craft alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to company standards
- Serve guests responsibly and ensure compliance with beverage laws
- Guide guests through beverage menus and provide recommendations
- Take accurate drink orders and process them efficiently
- Maintain a clean, stocked and organized bar area
- Deliver friendly and attentive service to enhance guest experience
- Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe bar environment
