The position focuses on serving guests with courtesy and professionalism, playing a key role in maintaining the bar’s daily operations as well as ensuring a memorable guest experience. This role includes responsibilities such as setting up the bar, requisitioning and stocking beverages and supplies, prepping fresh garnishes, mixing and presenting drinks in accordance with standard recipes, and abiding by all legal and corporate policies related to alcohol service. In addition, efficient point-of-sale management, cash handling, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and security of the service area are critical aspects of this role.
