Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending or customer service experience is advantageous
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening
  • Restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them in the POS system
  • Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and clear away unused items
  • Deliver and settle bills promptly, thank customers, and invite them back
  • Follow all food safety standards
