Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
work days, nights and/or weekends as required
ability to work in hot and cold environments
ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
read and write handwritten notes
lift and carry up to 30 pounds
move about facility and stand for long periods
walk or stand 100 percent of shift
reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age
restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required
ability to communicate effectively with Guests and Team members
must be able to read and communicate in English
must demonstrate ability to operate Micros system and handle financial transactions
must be friendly and able to smile frequently
ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
knowledge of alcohol awareness policies
must maintain professional appearance according to dress code

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems and take corrective action
create a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team members
adhere to company sanitation procedures
handle financial transactions accurately and maintain cash for change
follow alcohol awareness procedures and monitor Guest behavior
follow bar recipes to ensure consistency and cost control
keep station clean and set up tables appropriately
greet Guests in a friendly and timely manner
accurately take food and drink orders
maintain knowledge of menu items
enter orders into Micros system accurately
complete station side work at shift start and end
operate Micros for transactions and account for monies
deliver food trays to designated areas
work efficiently with full hands in and out philosophy
participate in sales incentives and brand promotion
complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
perform opening and closing duties
assist with party setup and breakdown
assist other Team members as needed
bus and reset tables
maintain Guest satisfaction by checking back and responding promptly
foster cooperative and harmonious working relationships
communicate with Guests effectively
maintain a friendly demeanor
promote enthusiasm for the Dave & Buster’s experience
maintain proper dress code and professionalism
work in a noisy, fast-paced environment
be at least 21 years old
