The role of the Bartender at Anthony's is essential to delivering a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Bartenders are responsible for expertly preparing and serving a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wines, following standardized recipes and guest preferences. Maintaining a clean, organized bar space while upholding all safety and hygiene regulations is a critical aspect of the position.

Bartenders at Anthony's engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring prompt and courteous service. This role also includes accurately handling cash and credit transactions via point-of-sale (POS) systems, managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages, and collaborating closely with back-of-house and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service, especially during busy periods. The bartender contributes significantly to the restaurant's reputation by consistently providing high-quality beverages and thoughtful guest interactions.

Ideal candidates will have proven bartending experience in a fast-paced or upscale hospitality setting, possess knowledge of various cocktails and alcoholic beverages, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina is important, as bartenders must stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items safely. Appearance and attendance standards are upheld to maintain the professional atmosphere for which Anthony's is known.

Anthony's offers comprehensive benefits to its full-time and part-time employees. Full-time team members working an average of 25 hours per week become eligible for medical insurance and a Health Savings Account (HSA). Those maintaining at least 20 hours per week can enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance plans. Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences

  • work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
