Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
  • ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy items safely
  • strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
  • capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
  • reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
  • experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
  • certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending
  • knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
  • provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies
  • assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
  • adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
  • work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
