Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
- ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy items safely
- strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
- capability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks
- experience working in a fine dining or upscale hospitality setting
- certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending
- knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
- basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences
- provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies
- assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- work collaboratively with BOH and FOH staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods
