Job Requirements

High school education preferred
Minimum one year full service restaurant experience
Ability to obtain required licenses or certificates
Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Regular attendance as per company standards
Ability to work varying schedules as required by business needs
Compliance with all restaurant rules and regulations
Adherence to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

Job Qualifications

Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
High school education preferred
Minimum one year full service restaurant experience required
Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates such as local health department certification and state liquor control board certificate
CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menu
Ability to handle guest special requests and dietary needs

Job Duties

Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Maintain an outgoing, friendly and courteous demeanor
Pay attention to detail and stay organized
Monitor liquor, beer, and wine usage to maintain proper inventory levels
Communicate effectively in various situations
Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
Prepare alcoholic and specialty beverages with correct ingredients and portions
Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by presenting menus and suggesting courses
Address guests' special dietary needs and requests
Serve orders by delivering guests' choices from bar and kitchen
Maintain table settings by removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages
Conclude dining experience by thanking guests and inviting them to return
Deliver bills accurately and process payments
Interact positively with staff and guests to achieve 100% guest satisfaction
Possess knowledge of the menu to assist with guest inquiries and requests
Assist in other essential FOH duties including answering phones, taking to-go orders, accepting reservations, assisting hosts, expos, and bussers
Complete shift tasks according to restaurant needs
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
