Job Qualifications

proven experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant or similar setting
strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
maintain a clean and organized bar area
interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
handle cash and process payments accurately
collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings
