Job Qualifications

  • proven experience as a bartender in a full-service restaurant or similar setting
  • strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • handle cash and process payments accurately
  • collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • stay updated on drink trends and menu offerings
