- At least 21 years of age
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable with punctual attendance
- Willingness to complete all required training and certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, twist, and bend frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bartender experience is appreciated but not required as training is provided
- Strong guest service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Welcome guests with a smile and serve up drinks that make their movie experience even better
- Learn the basics of bartending with provided training, including how to mix tasty drinks and pour perfect portions
- Suggest featured and premium beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Check IDs and ensure compliance with age restrictions for alcohol service
- Keep the bar area clean and stocked for readiness
- Open and close the bar, setting up and putting things back orderly
- Follow instructions on safe use of chemicals and cleaning materials
- Work collaboratively with other bartenders and team members
- Create an inclusive environment where every guest feels welcomed and respected
- Adhere to AMC Wardrobe 101 Standards and maintain a professional demeanor
- Uphold AMC’s policies and procedures at all times
