Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions including bending reaching twisting
  • ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed
  • reliable transportation required
  • willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace

Job Duties

  • exemplify the triple t hospitality experience by delivering great guest service
  • prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests
  • mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
  • verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
  • engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently
  • serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm
  • provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies
  • work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment
  • multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts
  • attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
