Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions including bending reaching twisting
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed
- reliable transportation required
- willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace

Job Duties
- exemplify the triple t hospitality experience by delivering great guest service
- prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests
- mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently
- serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm
- provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions
- maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies
- work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment
- multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts
- attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
